Anyone here take cbd oil?

I bought some to help with minor aches and pains. Curious if anyone here has tried it.

Yes. I have a lotion infused with CBD, it’s pretty much like biofreeze with CBD. I find that it works well. I also take a dropper of CBD oil daily. It has helped with my anxiety tremendously, and that is coming from someone who has taken anxiety and/or depression meds on and off for ~10 years

Yeah. I take a shitload of 10 Performance supplements and a CBD oil is one of them.

I am off of all meds. I was sick of dealing with side effects

You don’t get “high” from CBD. You get high from THC, which is the psychoactive component of weed. It is not in the CBD oil

I take 25mg capsule of CBD every night to help me sleep and it works great. I recommended it to family members and now they take it as well.

A family friend in California owns a business of multiple CBD based products. Her products are legit and have been recognized on a couple Forbes "best CBD products" lists. The website is www.kushqueen.shop
I've used the pain relief cream as well as the oil. I think they recently came out with CBD gummies too.
From what I've researched, there are many brands out so make sure to use products that say CBD/Hemp oil but don't use anything that says made from HEMP 'SEED' OIL.

I'm no expert, but what I've read is that it is very hard to extract CBD from hemp seeds and the efficacy is not there. So it's a double whammy of shitty for the environment and not as effective.

basically CBD is a molecule that is extracted from the entire plant. hemp seed oil is just extracted from seeds of the plant and it doesn't contain the same beneficial properties of the CBD/hemp oil
