Anyone have some good recipes for work meal preps?

They put us on Canadian swing shift for the virus, and I will be going back on 8 hour days Monday- Friday starting in June.
I’ve lost 5lbs during the quarantine, which sucks for me because I’m skinny so I need to gain it back.
I already have my macros set, but wondering if anyone has some good go to recipes that they use. I’m getting tired of the plain chicken and rice and so on.

That will likely be what I do. You just use salt and pepper for the meat?

I like to do taco seasoning in mine but the sodium kind of gets up there.

Ground beef
Rice
Corn
With whatever kind of spices you want. I do this pretty often.

The girlfriend and myself did this a lot before we both went on telework status. Really good and healthy.

Smoke some chicken breasts.

I’ve done that for a while on the traeger, but chicken breasts are just so damn dry when you reheat them.

I did 6lbs late last week.
Not too dry and much better than grilling.

Crock pot chicken thighs. You can add in a bit of breast too if you need it.
Ground turkey > beef for me. Though I rarely eat red meats these days.
Crock pot pork.
Roast pork tenderloin cooks reasonably quick.

Brown some ground meat (beef, turkey, pork, etc.) and mix in some good seasoning, however and whatever you like. Then cube some potatoes or sweet potatoes and over roast it. Mix it in with the ground meat and bam. Meals. Or you can oven roast some spaghetti squash until it’s easy to shred with a fork. Mix that in with the ground meat. That’s something I like to do. It’s cheap, easy to make in bulk, easy to track nutrition and it tastes good.

I recomend 21 Seasoning Salute from Trader Joe's. It is a quick way to get balenced seasoning on anything, meat included.
Its got flakes of garlic and onion so be careful not to put it in before searing or it will burn.

Slow cooker, honey mustard sauce, 5 pounds of chicken, cook for 4-6 hours. Bam, Shredded chicken for 3-4 days.

Are you tracking caloric intake with this? Just curious.

Yeah they have some with 5 cals per serving. Usually put about 6-7 servings worth. Around 35-40 cals
