If so, what's you go to drink recipes and how often do you use your juicer?

I bought a Berville Juice Fountain Plus thinking I'd use it a lot. I rarely did.

The model was fine, just a lot of hassle with juicing in general.

Omega J8006. I've been juicing regularly for 4 years and have completed a 14 day juice fast, a 10 day juice fast, a bunch of 7 day juice fast and a bunch of 3 day juice fast.

I have the juice of 1/8 watermelon and 1 lemon every morning after working out.

When watermelon goes out of season, I'll likely just transition to the juice of 2-3 apples, 3-4 carrots, and a thumb of ginger.

That's a lot of sugar.

I actually used mine today, I maybe use it 3 times a year.

I’ve been fatigued lately, Hurricane Laura has made my diet go to shite.

Juice one beet, one lemon, two green apples, 4 big carrots, and some spinach.

Actually wasn’t bad.

Edit to tell you that I use my vitamix every day, that’s a purchase I’ll never regret

I have no clue if this is all that good for you, but somehow I have gotten in the habit of blending a bag of spinach with a banana and some water. Been my lunch probably 5/7 days a week the past couple of months. Keeps me very regular

I bought a nice $300-400 juicer. It's a pain in the butt. We may use it twice a year now days. Costco has a delicious cold pressed juice that we now buy.

A whole bag of spinach? A buddy of mine did this and got kidney stones from it, just saying.

Meh, not a concern for me. Watermelon juice is so hydrating and debloating. Perfect following a workout.

The carrot apple ginger also. And then I use the pulp to make snack crackers.

Yeah, that seems like an over abundance of oxalates.

They usually are. That’s what makes people stop turning the channel. Then after watching people drink juice for a while you start to feel thirsty and order one.
