Anyone has a Meal plan for weight loss?

OP, just track your calories.
Quick tips
Look at intermittent fasting to help control calories
Eat meats then veggies first
Chew each bite for a 30 count
Between each bite put the fork down, wipe your mouth and take a sip of drink
No drinks with calories
Go for a 10 min walk before each meal
If you use little tips to help you eat less you will lose the weight. Use MyFitnessPal to track you foods.
A meal plan is not going to teach you the tools you need to keep the weight off.

You can lock the thread now. This is gold. I would add if your focus is weight and fat loss, minimize carbs as well. You dont have to go full keto, but keep them low.

OP here’s how to cut hard, but still be manageable:
Only eat raw eggs and steak until satiated all 12 weeks. Do not eat anything else or consume anything else besides water. Every week do a 72 hr water fast somewhere that fits your schedule. Last 7 days water only fast.

If you have a compromised immune system potentially. I ate 36 raw eggs daily for a month with zero issues.

I cut out butter and cheese....I'm now 6% body fat and cut as frick and I'm 56 years old. U had already cut sugar, meat and dairy years ago. I eat carbs and drink beer in excess.

Caffeine is an appetite suppressant. I wouldn't take it out. Now no mtn dews, cokes, ect.
