I really only had symptoms for about two days and I didn’t alter my calories or anything. Reps went down significantly.

One of my sons felt fatigued and his strength levels dropped. After a month he was back at his prior levels…

Propbably not a direct correlation to your experience:

I am on day 10. I completely lost my appetite (as well as smell and taste for a few days) to the point where any food that touched my lips caused rapid heart rate and nausea. Lost 7 lbs already.

Yes, I have lost a lot strength and get winded after holding my 30 lbs child for just a few minutes. This shite sucks balls.

I didn't lose strength per se but after having the delta variant back in July my work capacity has taken a definite hit. My 1RM's pretty much stayed the same but I can't crank out nearly as many reps regardless of which lift it is. I get winded really quick now.

I’ve had covid twice and both instances it was a very mild case but it seems to last in my lungs for about 4-6 weeks. I feel fine, I just get winded and tired real easy.

Not sure on strength, but tested positive around the 6th.... ran a 5k today and managed a 10:15 pace. Not great but not horrible.

My lungs weren’t affected. Only symptoms I had were fatigue and body aches.

I had a bad case in August. I still get winded easily and anything with heavy weights kicks my arse.

Had it back in January of last year and then again a couple of weeks ago. I continued with works outs as usual with no ill effects.

Definitely experiencing muscle fatigue faster than I had before getting it. Hopefully just temporary.

Got the Covid over the weekend, haven't been able to lift since Saturday b/c I'm just wore out and can't get out of bed in the early AM. Hoping this shite dissipates soon, as it stands it looks like I'll just have to restart my PPSA DB routine.

The fatigue is tough. It makes your bed feel 10x more comfortable. Almost like you are stuck in it haha
