Any workout plans you have tried that require no equipment?

I'm wanting to start getting back in the routine of exercising everyday. I've decided I need to start now because with it being summer, I don't have to wake up as early to bring kids to school so I might as well keep the same sleep schedule and use that time to workout.

I've got zero equipment and don't plan on buying any right now. There is a 24 hr gym 5 minutes from the house but would prefer to start off at home and establishing a routine before paying for a gym membership.

My plan was to look up my old AF BMT workout schedule because I remember that being a good balance of strength and running but can't find it any where.

Y'all have any good plans you have tried?

I haven't tried it, but Brian Alshrue came out with a bodyweight only plan last year. Judging from his other programs, it's probably pretty good for bodyweight only.

About 5 years ago when I started to get more interested in fitness someone (now a good friend) brought me to an F3 workout. It’s peer led boot camp style exercises. It’s not the greatest workout but the accountability will help you stick with it. Now i do more lifting at the gym because I wanted more of a challenge than pure body weight could provide - but I credit F3 for putting me on the right path.

I don’t know if they have a group in your area but you can check it out here F3 website

Here is an Art of Manliness podcast that better describes what F3 is AOM podcast

Question: I've just been using a backpack and adding weight to it for pullups. Is there a reason I should be using a vest instead?
