Trying to avoid going through with a sleep study, but may have a mild case of sleep apnea. Does anyone have any recommendations. My wife takes magnesium tea on occasion.

I don't suffer from any sort of sleep disorder, but I'm an airline crew memnber and constantly in different timezones and 10mg of melatonin a night helps me immensely.

I take these:

Each pill has 3mg of melatonin in it. I take two a night. It helps me fall asleep and I don't wake up groggy the next morning.

Does the testosterone boost work? frick if I know.

I bought my first two bottles of it on clearance at a small Army exchange on Camp Walker, South Korea for $2 a piece.

It helps me sleep so I keep buying it.

Magnesium Glycinate. This is the one that will not have a laxative effect.

Wonderful sleep and even more amazing dreams...

Ok, true it’s amazing, especially with a nice cigar, but I don’t think that is the quality of sleep they are looking for. :)

Not a supplement but do you drink enough water everyday? Drinking 100 plus ounces of water daily and limiting caffeine for a week will greatly improve your sleep quality.

ZMA before bed with my protein shake before bed. The magnesium in it helps with sleep.

My wife brought this home yesterday.

150 calories, 30 grams of protein, 4mg of Melatonin with Tryptophan and Magnesium.

I drank a shake before bed last night and slept like a rock.

It's on Amazon for $34.

What times are y'all having to wake up? I don't want anything that has me sleeping so soundly that I miss the 0400 and 0415 alarm.

Well I'm in the Air Force so I had to be at work for a training exercise at 0300 on Friday. I set my alarm for 0200. I had no problems getting up, showering/shaving and commuting the 30 minutes to work to be 10 minutes early.

I went to bed last night around 10:30 and woke up with no alarm at 0615. I'm not groggy at all.

I was never a fan of sleep meds or supplements because none of them really worked for me but I found a drink called Neuro SLEEP on Amazon. It's awesome.
