Name a symptom and I have it. Total T was tested by my doc. 340ng/dL at 49 years old.

Thinking of trying injectable. There is an auto injector like an insulin pen that dials up the amount and give a Sub-Q injection in the abdomen.

I am not looking to be super-human with a 2000 Free-T level. Just see where I'd need to be to feel decent. 500? 600? 700?

Anybody on here taking it that can speak to any first hand negative side effects. I know high BP, elevated Hemoglobin and Hct (thick blood), and gynecomastia (sp?)...

Also does anybody have a source of reference material that is neutral? Not a youtube channel trying to sell me something or a doc who is a hand wringer about everything.

Just don't want to be that guy who says "frick it thats life" at 50 and doesn't try. I have a 13 year old son, friends, wife, aging parents that I will need to be around for. Not trying to be 18 year old me with a hard dick when a breeze blows.

IB4

Workout pussy!, Pics of wife, Tiny balls, and STEROIDS AAAAAAHHHH.

That is within range and insurance is not going to cover it more than likely. You can your Free T tested and may qualify for insurance that way of low enough. Will need to probably see a T specialist and not your regular doctor for that.

At 340 though, T clinics will probably let you go out of pocket if you want it.

Side effects to what you listed
- Acme and bumps
- Testicles shrinkage
- Initial phase - excessive sexual desire and lots of erections. This will level out and normalize
- Life long commitment - this is the big one and a negative. You do not just walk way from TRT and everything is still cool.

If you do it, shoot for the 800-900 range. Stay under 1000.

You do not need reference material, TRT is completely fine and safe if you are willing to commit to it. If you need justification to do it still, you are not ready.

The anti-aging clinics treat based on symptoms, not test numbers. You may still feel like shite at 600, 700, etc.

I’m on TRT and last few months I’ve been pretty fatigued with lots of headaches. I’ve read those can be symptoms of high hermaticriit which I have.

I drink lots of water and try and give blood frequently. Any thing else?

That's the only thing I've ever read about, other than maybe you lowering your dose and see if it helps.

(Not a doctor, not medical advice)

It helps but only for a few weeks. I can only give blood every 8 weeks I think.

They are companies that specialize in HRT. I currently used Defy and very pleased. They will monitor your blood work every 3-6 months and advise you on diet/vitamin intake as well.

Reduce your TRT possibly. If that is not an option, then exercise and eat healthy.

You only really want TRT to place you in a comfy place, and that differs for everyone. If you RBC is high and your T is up there at 800-900, see what it is like at 600-700.

You can also see if doing a double red blood donation helps. You can only do 3 of those a year and might be a 16 week wait from your last donation, but something to talk to your Doctor about.

Eliminate carbs and sugars and headaches will go away. Also might want to use a baby aspirin if already aren’t.

I am right around 1k and it's great.

Just make sure to take advantage of it and start some lifting. You'll recover so much faster from the workouts provided that you ingest enough protein.

My test was around 500. Went on clomid (pill form). Test shot up to >1k so now taking a half dose of what I was taking before. Way more energy and actually have good workouts again

Is that a booster or prohormone. I can attest to Rad-40 as a pro.
