Took me about 70 minutes as well. Singles went pretty well except the 95%, but that's ok, still was able to move it and wasn't worried about failing. Feeling good for the PR party on Friday.

What is everyone thinking of running after Squatober? I'm thinking either Oak tree (3x) or Big Back Billy. Feel like I need to do some work on my back and pulling muscles a bit.

The best I ever recovered from Squatober was last year, did 1 week of the DB Strength plan and then went right into Oak Tree as a 3 day split

Friday I was out of town and couldn't workout so I did it Sunday at a Planet Fitness I thought I had scoped out well enough in Franklin, TN. Listed they had freeweight barbells on that locations webpage. We might have a different opinion on what that means. I did squats, overhead press and bent over rows with a smith machine and did not like any of it. By the 5th rep of squats I figured out my stance finally. But I did get the workout in.

Today was traveling back and got back around 2 and hit today's workout. Going to try and hit tomorrow's at 5 AM when I usually workout and think I should be fine with the 16 hour turn around. Looking forward to finishing the program on time.

I am also going back on a weight cut after putting on weight for the past 45 days. I am locked in on the 30 minute walks for the rest of the program.

I am thinking about going back and doing Oak Tree for November 3 days a week like you. I've been sacrificing training jiujitsu to make sure I get 5 days of lifting in. I am about to go to 3 days of lifting a week to better focus on jiu jitsu for the rest of the year.

I have been sick twice this month, so I am about a week behind. What is the best way to handle this. I have been just moving on to the next workout even if I am doing a Thursday on a Wednesday and that has been working. The issue now is that I will be doing the Pressure Cookers two days in a row. I am thinking that that is probably not the best idea. But wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this.

I would have just kept going in order and back the days up. That's what I did with Benchuary. I finished about 5-6 days later than the end of February with various things going on.

When I was doing Squatober I should’ve done it three months in a row just to see what I would’ve worked up to.

Quick one today. 37 minutes including my extended warmup and 5 minutes of core at the end.

I only did 90 seconds of rest at most. Most sets were 60 seconds rest

I took 49 minutes with about 15 minutes of warm up. Pretty easy and got the blood moving. Looks like tomorrow is about the same.

Is there anything to the rumor or idea they’ll be doing deadlift month in December?

Trying to decide what to do for November.
