Post your diet every day for the next month and we will see how true this is. But I'd guess you are either lying or binge once every few weeks

Thank you for bringing some sanity to this thread.
I also eat extremely low carb, and have plenty of energy when I lift. I'm also not taking enough gear a week to jack a clydesdale up though either.

I try.

Millions of people do I am not sure why this guy doesn't understand that. One needs carbs or fats but not both. You can pick. Some people may actually respond better to carbs as an energy source. Others may respond better to fats like I do. Not everyone is the same. You have to experiment. Its like he is oblivious to elimination diets and training which works for over 1 million people. Just prioritize protein and go from there.

What exactly would I be 'binging' on?
I'm lying about not eating or avoiding carbs which over a million Americans do on a daily basis? Why would I lie about something so trivial? Its not new. I eat 85/15 grass fed beef, ribeye steaks, Wright Brand bacon, butter and eggs., That is it. What is so unbelievable about that?

Not necessarily unbelievable. Just incredibly stupid. Can't imagine your lipid levels are in good shape.
But I did not come here to debate diet styles. The point of my original post was that the majority of Americans are already eating more than enough protein. Its the protein source selection that causes people to be fat.
And also you morons can downvote me all you want, but higher carb, moderate to low protein diets can be just as anabolic as your dumbass carnivore diet.

You don't need carbs for energy because you probably don't do the types of sports/workouts that stress your energy production systems. I do 3-6-12 and 24 hour mountain bike races. I consume 60-90g of carbs per hours during a race just to keep from bonking. I eat as much shitty "unhealthy" food as I can get my hands on. I'm 50yo @ 160lbs 17% body fat from my last DEXA scan with a resting heart rate of 49. Just because you don't need carbs doesn't mean other types of athletes don't. But I would agree with you most people don't need much in the way of carbs.

You seem stuck in 1985. Maybe branch out a bit and do some actual research.

I bet you fap to liver king. Using the last PED protocols you have done as judgement, I have no doubt you are a moron.

What causes people to be fat is processed foods loaded with sugars and carbohydrates aka the standard American diet not protein or fats.

Do not pay him any attention.
If I were eating a bunch of fats and carbs together my lipids would indeed be awful like if I were to slam 3 pancakes, biscuits, sausage, eggs, and grits for breakfast.

Using an androgen, an anabolic, an oral and hGH is moronic? That's benign compared to what people are doing today. Child's play.

The idiocy
Sugars are carbohydrates. Forgot chips, oreos, donuts, amongst other processed foods have zero fat in them.
Any sort of food eaten in excess will make you fat.
Its harder to become fat eating lean protein and complex carbs because you can intake more volume for less calories.
I can have 96/4 beef and a sweet potato for less calories than your 85/15 beef and eggs

You seem to be missing a very crucial piece of information to make this statement valid.

ETA: Protein is also overrated. Carbs are going to do as much if not more for building muscle. You just have to move to put them to use. I went from eating about 250g-275g of protein a day to 200g and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in
Well, this is just silly

Walk you through why the body needs both dietary carbs and fats?

Who eats for 'volume'? What is the point in that? I simply eat until I am full. I don't measure anything out. Don't have to as I could never eat enough steak in a day to make me fat. Same for eggs. Same for bacon.
