It’s in my right arm, when palm is facing up, the inside of my elbow (left) where my muscle meets the joint is a constant nagging pain but only after workouts. I’ve tried forearm specific rolling, workouts, etc. Is this a sign of a bigger injury? Recommendations?

fill a 5 gallon bucket with rice, stick your hand in pointed way down in there, work on closing and opening. Need to work the opening the most.

same concept as doing tub raises to reverse out knee pain and shin splints.

Tennis elbow would be on the other side of your forearm.

Meant to say tibia raises, fricking autocorrect. Use tib raises, Nordica and the knees over toes split squats to reverse out knee pain. Tib raises clear up shin splints in almost every case.

Forearm pain is similar.

What are your suspected culprits when working out?

I used to get those pains from doing barbell curls and other things that kept my forearms in locked positions while working out. When I switched to dumbells the pain eventually went away.

Stop doing the exercises that aggregate the pain, my guy. Seriously. There’s nothing manly about working through pain. It’ll just frick your body up. But stop the movement pattern or drop weight significantly so it doesn’t bother you and stop clenching your fists on the bar. Tight fist will continue the pain cycle.

Hard to say it’s golfers elbow if it doesn’t hurt during the movement pattern. Could be it isn’t tendon related but an impinged nerve. Could be a calcium deposit or bone spur.

Hard to guess. Rest the arm for a bit. If that doesn’t help, see your PCP or PT if your state has direct access.

Exact same experience here. Barbell curls caused pain/inflammation from my elbow down my arm about halfway to my hand around my ulnas. Switching to dumbbell curls was the key, and now I can do the ez curl bar. Laying off heavy curls for a few weeks then gradually working back into them with dumbbells did the trick for me.
