Finished today too.
Hit 11,500 and said frick it. I'm flying out for Korea on Friday and I'm going to enjoy the next few days without push-ups.
I'll probably start the challenge when I get back in a couple weeks though.

I’ll take a few days off. Over the weekend I’ll probably start doing 200 push-ups 5 days a week or something a little lighter.

Finished it off at 10514. Going to do it again for May. Also going to push for 10000 situps and 1000 pullups.

Y'all should post up your results physique wise. I know a couple did.
For many of y'all working towards a goal like those in the challenges thread can really make a difference. Glad to see so many competed this.
Bodyweight movements absolutely can change your physique and are great for adding loads of volume without cns fatigue.
I will say balancing pushing and pulling in the same plane does become important and 200 plus a day.

Finished this morning as well. Stopped at 10,000 exactly. Was also doing 45 mins of cardio 4 days per week. Lost 9 lbs in the month in addition to the added muscle definition in shoulders, tris and chest.
In May I will run the 10k pushups again, the cardio again, plus add 1000 pullups/chin-ups. Looking forward to starting over again tomorrow with some new stuff added in to shake it up.

No doubt, I tried to get in face pulls, inverted rows, deadlifts, cable rows and chin ups to offset all the extra pushups throughout the month.

I did the 1,000 pull-ups over the month too, but I didn't do sets of them everyday.
Most days I did 60, but I had a couple where I did over 90.

I would love to do the pull-ups challenge but I don’t have a bar at my house and I don’t trust the ones in the doorway.

Congrats to everyone that finished the challenge. Feels good to have people also along for the ride to give you encouragement.
I am running a Spartan Super in a few weeks. After that I will definitely do another challenge. Probably something with mileage, push ups, pull ups and air squats.
Keep up the good work gents!
