First 14 weeks of 2023 I will be running 5/3/1 BBB: Beefcake for two cycles and then Building the Monolith for two cycles before coming back to PPSA stuff for the rest of the year.

Congrats on the PR.

If you are going to run beefcake and BtM, might as well run the job Anderson deep water and finish the mythical mass challenge

Started with an estimate tm of 250, did 305lbs this morning, tried 325 but could only move it a few inches.

So 305 pr for me, that was my Goal going into this morning, so I'll take it

I may end up doing that. 26 weeks feels like a long block to plan for, and if I'm being honest Deep Water kind of intimidates me, lol. The BBB-BtM part looks challenging enough, and 14 weeks isn't a huge commitment if I want to go back to PPSA style training later on.

Fell a little behind because of some back problems. Started with a 345 training max. Ended up getting 365 fairly easily. But when I tried 375 i only got it half way up but couldn't lock it out. Tried again and same result. Regardless, happy to hit a new PR.

Way to finish strong. I really liked the program although I think my shoulders suffered a bit. Now that I'm hitting them hard again I'm really feeling it.
