In the books. 29 minutes. My whole 90 seconds rest was changing weight so that was fun. Ready to have at it tomorrow.

I have a herniated disc in my lower back that has started giving me issues again. Had a hard time sleeping through the night over the weekend so I took a couple extra days off and did day 26 yesterday and my low back is stiff af today. I'm going to take this last week real slow, maybe take a couple days off between each workout and PR party in a week or 2

I plan on testing Deadlift & Bench tomorrow. 108% on both lifts would be a PR on both. Goal on Deadlift is to hit 110% though.

If I hit my goal percentages, that would be a 375 lb Deadlift and a 225 lb bench.

My previous PR was 315. When we bumped up our TM it out me at 320. I’m not sure what my goal for tomorrow is. Just gonna go where it takes me.

Same. I want 350. But I’m shouting for 360-370.

My training max started at 335.

New PR 335.

My previous PR was 315 but my training max bumped up to 320 when he bumped it. I’m happy with that.

Now I feel like a beast and don’t want to leave the gym. I’m gonna try some cleans. Never done them before.

I was waiting on some PR reports. I stayed up late and slept in again so I didn't make it there yet. Going to go after work.

PR reports

Just finished up. Was using 335 as training max.

Got 385!
Then loaded 400 hundred and failed the first attempt. Put straps on and got it!

Very happy with the results. What a year.

Great job, bro!!

I hit 375 which was my goal and a new PR.
I skipped the single at 100% because I was feeling good and didn't want to waste any energy. 375 moved well enough that I loaded 390 up. Didn't budge, not even a bit LOL. Still, last year my PR was 350, I'm happy to add 25 lbs. Next year the goal is 4 plates, we'll see.

I tested bench and hit a new PR at 225, which again was my goal for this year. I did Benchoholic in November, which I'm sure helped with that.

First 14 weeks of 2023 I will be running 5/3/1 BBB: Beefcake for two cycles and then Building the Monolith for two cycles before coming back to PPSA stuff for the rest of the year.

Hell yea man! Congrats!

I started the month with a TM of 335. I went up 5% to 350 at the end.

I was shooting for 370-380. I got that and felt great. Loaded up 405 and got it. I added 10s and got 425. I was struggling on that one and called it at that.

Hadn’t truly maxed since high school and can’t even remember the number. But never thought I’d get 425! Hell of a month!
