My grip strength was so weak in that cold gym this morning. I had to go warm my hands up under the hot water

I just did usher deadlifts. Feels like we haven’t lifted heavy on bench in a while so hopefully this goes smooth.

Did the coin flip one today, got to say I'm feeling pretty strong. I was worried about the bench but it went up smooth

Same here. I did a lot better than I thought I would. Tomorrow looks like a short one though.

Yep, less than 30 minutes this morning. I imagine tomorrow will be similar.

I'm not feeling exceptionally strong the past few sessions, but I won't let that discourage me.. I felt the same way going into the PR Party for Squatober and ended up blowing my old PR out the water.

Another short one today. Out of there in 40 minutes. Walking lunges took more out of me than I thought.

Yeah, yesterday’s took me 26 minutes. Almost there. It’s been a pretty fun program.
