I decided to roll separately for Deadlifts and Squats
6-4-4-2-2-2 for Deads
5-5-5-4-3-1 for Squats
Will definitely be fun in the Garage tomorrow.

I always sleep in on Fridays knowing that I only work till noon and I can get my workout in an empty gym. Today was no different

2 days behind yall , just finished Wednesdays the slow eccentric one. Goblet squats feel like a waste i only go up to 60 on those.
Also pushed my TMs up 5% think my max is gonna climb on both DL and Squat after this month is over

I’ve read the directions 4 times for today’s lift and I still have no clue.

Dead dice was a doozy!
Finally was able to find the good belt tucked away in the gym closet today so the heavy squats felt great.
I substituted the gluteham raises with good mornings and that felt so good to stretch that out.
