Great workout today. Liked the slow descents.
I’m really a huge fan of the band pull throughs. They feel really good on the lower back.

I liked todays. The squats could have been a tad heavier for only 2 reps but they felt good. I added carries at the end to bring it to an even hour.

I just finished Goggins' latest book and he talks about people who do what's required vs those who do more than required.
I did 4x5s for deads and squats because I thought of that chapter when the first set felt light.

I like that attitude. I did go heavy on the walking lunges and by the time I was done the legs were definitely tired.

I went heavier than I was supposed to today too. Only because I put a 5 on instead of the 2.5

I like the look of tomorrow’s workout. I still can’t do chin ups so I may do curls instead. I think I can overhead press but I may have to go a little lighter.

I do too. I actually really like chin ups. I suck at pull ups. I’ve always told myself I need to just do a few of them every day to get better at them. But alas I don’t lol

I’m back baby. Did the workout as listed chins, ohp and all. No issues with the stitches. Finished off with more carries to get to an hour.
