Honestly can never tell which one of your posts you are being serious in.
But the name of the game is consistency in the weight room and diet. I haven't found many of PPSA programs to be "hard"
PPSA makes it easy in regards to laying out what exercises and how much weight to use. Which imo is what makes it easy to be conisistent with. I think many people on this board have gotten positive results using these programs.
ETA: I've ran Arm Farm twice this year and have enjoyed it + gotten results.

Feel like no fitness influencer wants to admit the truth to their patrons but the secret to looking good is mostly genetics but also starvation and designer steroids and most people just aren’t gonna make that kind of sacrifice
I feel like a lot of workout plans don’t really address this and instead throw around words like functional strength like dang you did my workout for 6 weeks you still got a gut but you can totally pick up a table or whatever. Love the snatch grip DLs. I don't know why they feel so different but they do. Good workout today. I had to sub out the lat pulldowns but I was able to do db rows, just not super heavy.

Did day 19 tuglife this morning and might do day 20 this afternoon. PR party sometime next week ?
