Interesting article on website Stack.com.Sorry-I don’t know to do LINKS.Just learned how to text couple years ago.Back to article ,lot of Tom Brady’s dietary beliefs seem to be off the wall but it’s obviously working for him.

His body is less than impressive, but he has 6 Super Bowl rings and is married to a Brazilian super model. So what do I know?

If you read his book you’d understand why he’s built the way he is. His diet is impressive, but a lot more than that goes into it. His pliability training is why he’s still winning consistently this age.

Which is why I can’t talk a lot if shite. His success speaks for itself.

I actually alternate between his diet and Paleo though. His diet is based on getting as many alkaline (vs acidic) foods in your body as you can to decrease inflammation as much as possible.

So nonscience (and nonsense)? The alkaline diet benefits have nothing to do with the actual alkalinity of foods or the body.

haha guys McLemore the fountain of knowledge has a better way to win superbowls at 41 years old. Do tell oh wise sage.

Here's right. Alkaline diet is horse shite, as far as what alkalinity does for you. Brady is fed a line of crap and fell for it. He'd do just as well in a strict Paleo diet like AIP to reduce inflammation.
This article does a good job of breaking it down.

What? You're saying there's a causal dietary link between the pH level of Tom's food and blood, and his performance on the field? Explain that science to me.
I hear he uses organic Tom's brand toothpaste. I guess that accounts for at least one ring.
I encourage you to study the nonscience behind so-called alkaline diets. They are made up marketing bullshite.

While idk about the best ever label, I agree that his success is a lot of things all combined: knowledge of game, pliability training, workout regiment, relationships with teammates, and yes diet as well. He’s an athlete that knows it’s less about this one thin or that one thing, but moreso a lifestyle that pays attention to all the little details that add up to success.

Is pliability really a key to his success? I know he believes that, but I don’t

How much have you read from him about it? It seems to be what allows him to stay relatively injury free, especially at his age. Now he has that personal trainer who massages him every day everywhere he goes bc he has Tom Brady money. But I have a vibrating roller, which is what is common folk can afford. I gotta say it does a good job of keeping my muscles long and elastic and it’s really allowed me to go pretty hard on the bike and running on a consistent basis and have very few injuries. I also believe the more you do it the more in tune you can stay with your muscles and muscle groups. The whole idea is getting rid of and fighting inflammation on the muscular level though.
