So 10k over 31 days is ~ 323 a day. Lets just say 324 to make it easier to divide. Assuming I do 12 sets of 27 or 6 sets of 54, which would be more beneficial? I'm thinking knock out 54 right when I get up, and then every 2 hours after that do another 54 until I've done 6 sets. So 6:30, 8:30, 10:30, 12:30, 2:30, and 4:30 and I've done them all before leaving work for the day.
You should try to do them all within 30 minutes for maximum results. That is what am I going to attempt at least. Not everyday but at least 3-4x a week.

but it makes you look much thinner because the fat converts to muscle so the weight you had is now tight and lean

bullshite crossfit kickup pullup.
I don't do that swinging kicking crap but i will admit that if you're trying to crank out 20+ pull ups, it's tough to not kip a little just to keep the swinging down.

Way to go cropping out the part that says "right?" because I have no fricking idea and it was a question

Maybe I'll do that. I could easily knock them all out quickly on the weekends, and a couple of days a week when I go to the Y at lunch.

So I HAVE to lose weight to look thinner?
The reason people don't lose weight when they lift is because they put on muscle mass and muscle does way more thn fat. It is next to impossible to lose fat while packing on muscle unless you are very new to training like you are. I would suggest cutting your carb consumption considerably and taking in much more protein. If you want to look "cut" you would do better to lift weights and leave to push-ups out of it.

It's not that hard. I can do over 15 dead hangs with relative ease. No kipping.

I didnt crop shite. I reposted what Dan selected. But way to play the victim card.
the answer is no, fat doesnt convert to muscle.

Can't work same muscle two days in a row. Gym 101
333 pushups is merely a warm up def not working the muscle

You are throwing out the old wives tales today. That could not be more false.
Eh, maybe not scientifically, but you know what she means. If a woman weighs 105 lbs at 20% bodyfat and a few months later still weighs 105 lbs at 15% bodyfat, which one will look more tight and lean?

Victim card? I literally said "right?" because I was asking a question. Sorry you found it out of context, but it was a question.

I do two workouts a day already
With weights or just bodyweight/calisthenics?

Doing 324 in 30 minutes sounds really hard. I'll probably only have 3 or 4 hours on weekdays to do them so not sure how to divide them up. Either way im gonna do some this weekend just to get that initial soreness out of the way. If you haven't worked out chest in a while the soreness will ruin you after the first day.
Also I will try to front load to give myself a chance in case I miss a day, drink too much the night before, go out of town, etc

I was not trying to be a dick. The reason I wrote that is because it is an old wives tale and most people genuinely believe it.

Both, really. I would say it wasn't the smartest thing I've done. Looking back, I should've done a hybrid, but you live and learn.
