Most noticeable in triceps lately. Changing hand positions a little each day. I also notice that I am getting stronger in later sets rather than weaker.

On a cruise right now but knocked out 100 this AM and just did some cardio and another 466 at the gym. I may do another 100 tonight as I know tomorrow and Sunday are probably going to be unproductive.

I think I'm behind about 1-200 total push-ups for 10k but not sweating it.

Well I'm here to admit that I fell of the wagon. Had to help a buddy move dirt and I haven't been the same since. Throw that on top of a busy week at work and the wheels fell off. My new goal is 5k and I hope to get at it starting Sunday.

I've been surprised as to how I've been getting so much better these days in later sets. I was a 400 pushup per week guy before hand and am averaging 400 a day for 2 weeks now.
Aesthetically... my wife commented tonight how I'm looking more cut.

Yeah it's pretty embarrassing for the OT. Can we at least delete the people from the list that haven't recorded a single push-up all month?

Soreness got better around the 9th, now back with a vengeance the past 3 days. Doing this and gym workouts is killer

Skipped yesterday. We had Back To School Night at the Junior High and didn't get home till late.

BUT, I did 365 tonight. Still on pace for 10k.

ETA: 4,180 total so far.....I think.
