that's the way to go. I do a set of 30-40 at a time. Do 3-4 of those in the am, 3-4 in the afternoon, and 3-4 before bed. Boom. Done!


8/3 - 400 in the books. Done for the day.

Well I started off August with strep throat AND the flu. SMH. so I've been literally out of commission for the last 4 days. I have some serious catching up to do. Hopefully well enough to get after it tomorrow.
