Doing them 50 a pop really isn't that hard. I can knock out one set in less than 60 seconds. I literally did 100 while getting ready for church.

Well I started off August with strep throat AND the flu. SMH. so I've been literally out of commission for the last 4 days. I have some serious catching up to do. Hopefully well enough to get after it tomorrow.
