That guys legs are pretty proportionate. You can tell his quads get pretty massive.

I'm probably still going to keep my workout regimen throughout this. Tone it down maybe slightly. Just gonna play it out.

sort of like just the tip....but for lifting.

Gonna do P90X3 The Challenge tomorrow. All pull-ups and push-ups. If I stick with my usual numbers, will be between 240-280 push-ups just in that workout. Should be a good way to start out.

I may play disc golf tomorrow. Thinking about doing 20 pushups at each hole. That'll go over my daily allotment in just a couple hours
