Decent numbers, but by the looks of it you have a weak posterior chain (comparatively) and obviously focus more on upper body.
No way your DL and bench should be the same number.

Not joking lol
Yeah I know, I got chicken legs (I could weigh 190-200 at my height and still be single digit body fat%) and a bad lower back. I do a lot of legs just can't go heavy. My squat and deadlift is probably higher, that's just the furthest I've ever taken it and I'm scared to try more. And I don't post projected max, only actual heaviest 1rm achieved

Can't remember if I had. Maybe the other guy I'm friends with. Think there was only 2 of us that went to AU from our class.

havent done this in years
my best numbers in USAPL national competitions back in the early 2000-2002 in the 181 weight class are below. my first ever deadlift workout in high school i pulled 365 at a 165 bodyweight.
squat 501
bench 276
deadlift 551
best training numbers
squat 550
bench 315
deadlift 610
bodyweight was closer to 185 in training at that time.
not sure what it is now but im sure it is very weak

you are only 5'3"?
seriously find a powerlifting friendly gym and bulk up to 198, you have potential for a 3.5 time bodyweight squat.

5'8 180lb just turned 30
B: 295
S: 365
D: 415
1075 total. Lots of peaks and valleys. Was higher playing college football, then first couple years of Med school dropped everything, then back up the clinical years of school, then dropped again in residency...currently on the way back up, hopefully. Would like to add about 100lbs to that total which would still be close to 100lbs short of what I used to be able to do...

My Crossfit total is 1075.
Still in the 1,000lb club there.
I do Crossfit as well. I'm 5'11" and now I weigh 184 but last time I maxed any of the movements I weighed 172 and I did:
BS- 305
DL- 345
SP- 130
I did 3 reps of BS at 295 last week so I think I should be able to BS more than 305 now.

Y'all peaked my curiosity and since I am basically starting over since I was on vacation and then the 4th. I went ahead and did my maxes while the baby napped.
BP - 335
SQ - 385
DL - 405
Total 1125
It's a little worst than I thought but it gives me a good benchmark of where I am at.
I want to get to where these are my working set numbers not maxes so I have a good way to go.

I don't really barbell bench heavy any more . Pretty much all dumbbells for chest these days but I have been on a mission to break 600 with my DL. I am danger close and actually hit 585 for a single this past Monday morning. I haven't tried to max on squats in years. I usually get up to 495 and will add a couple of 10's to each side for my last set if I feel like it for a couple of reps. I bet I could hit 545 if I wanted too. So here's my best guess lifts for me at 45 yo and a body weight of 227.
Bench: 405
Squat: 545
Dead: 585
Total: 1,535
