Lol. Wasn't implying that at all. I just don't do traditional bench press very often. I've done some stuff with sets of 5 at 225 with other activities. Ring push ups and hand release push ups are almost always programmed in lieu of bench press.

Lifting is def something I need to work on more. Back squats are more used for accessory work for my front squats and snatch. Which I suck at snatches relatively speaking.

My squat is 405
Bench: 308
Deadlift: 529

ETA: some of you put up some sick arse numbers!

You guys are monsters. Gives me some motivation to improve. I just started back up recently on deadlift and squat. Haven't done those in years.

5'7'
132lbs

Bench: 230
Dead: 235
Squat: 225

Legs are weak baws trying to get those numbers up. Probably won't ever hit 1000

Lol. True. The CrossFit total is strict press instead of bench. Still over 1000

Some of you mother frickers are strong as hell.

I'm at

Dead-405
Squat-350
Bench- no idea but prolly pretty close to 275.

Squat was close to 400 but strained my hamstring. Honestly not sure on deads as I haven't done them since I had the strain.

Before I had to have surgery on my balls 2 years ago I was quite a bit stronger, but fatter also. Them cutting my lower abdominal screwed my lifts up bad.

Not enough chest work.

Natural or gear?

That's not unreasonable naturally. I got mine not on gear and instinct training. I did DC training prior to that but it really just built my base. I plan to get higher than I did before this time around with a structured plan.

I'm coming off a back injury as well. It sucks taking it slow

5'9 165 pounds. Age 26

Pre-injury (3 months ago):
-bench: 275
-squat: 315
-deadlift: 315
Total: 905

Need to get my squat and deadlift numbers up but it's taking forever to get right coming off the injury. Haven't gone above 185 in months. Can't even deadlift yet.

I'm 5'8" and 149lbs so it'll be a while before I'm at 1000. But my big three are: Deadlift: 365 Squat: 275 and Bench:235. Totals 875 so 125 to go.

Very natural lol. I've never competed nor trained to compete. There's a lot of guys my size that are much stronger than me. Honestly it takes a lot of time and focus to get my press to increase however my squat stays very high without much work. Also I have been 230-260 since I was 15 and I'm 28 now.
