I'd check the OT too. Seems like a really modest guy.

This seems like a really ballsy comment for a 4 handicap.

I realize a 4 is a pretty good golfer but there’s a reason you’re getting strokes at your local country club course

yeah, it is! Why not just play the shot that goes in the hole if you can play anyone you like?

"He's a Cinderella boy. Tears in his eyes, I guess, as he lines up this last shot. He's got about 195 yards left, and he's gonna - looks like he's got about an eight iron. This crowd has gone deadly silent. Cinderella story. Out of nowhere. A former greenskeeper now about to become the Master's champion. It looks like a miraculous - it's in the hole! It's in the hole!"

Nope, guy says he's 57 too old to be putt. Also said he took the game up at 26, I remember watching young middle school putt run around the course at Willowdale.....beating the men.

This dude is full of shite or a complete psycho, he picked up the game 5 years ago and is playing Vijay’s driver?

Edit: he says hooked on golf at 26 not picked up. But still

The Mizuno Pro 300S Strong forged Titanium 9* is a low spin bomber ( This driver was way ahead of it's time and if I remember correctly, and was one of the most expensive as well) . I re-shafted it with a Diamana iLima 60X and it delivers a mid flight that hits and runs forever. I have hit some of the longest drives with this club and it has been with me over 10 years (Trust me, that is a looong time for me and drivers).

He's 57, says he's been hooked for 31 years.

I know the guy and I play golf with him. He owns 10 different sets of blades and just moves through different sets for fun.

He's a really good golfer and he bought these blades a couple of weeks ago. He tells me they're rare, but I don't know anything about them.

I play with him and he'd easily be scratch or plus if he wouldn't always play those types of blades.

Everything he posted is pretty accurate.

My skill set allows me to play many shots other people never get to hit. My game is very well rounded as I basically can't find a spot on my home course that I haven't had to play from at some point. lol.

I've played some majors and I'd have to be seriously coked up to make that statement.

I'm thinking some $50 one-downs might be fun.

Well, never done that, or anything else for that matter, but I'm thinking that's the state I'd have to be in to say I can work the ball any way I want.
