I have a Ping G400 driver, regular shaft that I would like to sell. I bought a G400, stiff shaft that I hit better.

It’s probably worth $200-$225 from what I can tell. I don’t have any experience selling used clubs. Thanks

I usually just give my old clubs away.

PGA Tour Value Guide has it at 153.00 as a trade in value, most stores use this guide.

You can probably get 175.00 for it if you sell it yourself.

It will drop even more when the G425 hits in January.

Can you change out the shaft in the G400 or is it glued in?

I’ll throw in a Rossie putter with a fat grip. Great condition.

Just curious, why didn't you just change shafts instead of buying another driver?

Yes it can be replaced. Actually I ordered a stiff shaft for it and was going to change it out. The shaft was cracked when I received it, so I decided to just buy the new driver instead.
