You need to try the Maxfli Tour balls.
TXG did a comparison to PROV-1 and they were impressed. Did not lose distance and the spin was comparable.
Sold at Dick's and they do a 2for sale often.

As with most other balls, the Tour X are more firm. I prefer the "regular" Tour.

Yeah i think the Tour X would fit me better with my swing speed. May try to grab a box of both and try each of them. If dicks has any that is.

I primarily play the Bridgestone Tour B X, but also play the Pro V1x Left Dash. They play very similarly for me.

Try the new Titleist Speed - I have been using it for about 6 months and am impressed with the distance and spin. A good price point too.

I have played the Pro V1x for 5 years. For my round Saturday, I didn’t have time to go resupply pre round, so I pulled out the dozen Callaway Chrome Soft the Callaway rep gave me because my irons took 3 months to come in. I was thoroughly impressed. The distance was equal, the feel off the club face was better and it did what I wanted as far as shot shaping. I think I’m going to make the switch for 2021.

played some srixon soft feels and Titleist TruFeels this weekend.
Srixon Soft Feels - Feels like you're hitting a pillow. Too soft, not much greenside spin.
Titleist TruFeels - Aren't quite as soft. More spin than the soft feels. Actually feels like a decent ball for the price.
I have some VICE Pro+ coming in this week. 5 cases to put through the ringer. Hopefully I will return with good results. At 26.99/dz and watching TXG reviews on them I was confident to purchase them. Will return with my findings... Thank everyone for the suggestions.

I found a Z-star and played this weekend with it.
I was never a big believer that a 13 handicap balls would make a huge difference but it was noticeable.
As soon as I work thru my backlog of top flites and Pro V1s I will be a Z star man
