there's so many geese at Beaver Creek #9 that they placed some fake coyotes out there...

the geese just huddle away from them...

I did notice last time I was out there it had geese everywhere especially on 5&6.

A few errant tee shots can thin them real quick like

Yeh that ain't aeration. I don't know what the hell that is, hell my backyard green is better than that looks like the greens keeper screwed the pooch

that's aeration...normally it's one row in one direction...they did one row then went back 90 degrees and did another row...

that's why it looks like a checker board...

Tell them to invest in a swan or 2, most geese avoid swans like the plague.

10 years from now, we’ll be getting molested by gaggles of swans

I played there about 2 weeks ago. When you putt, the ball bounces around like it is on a Plinko board.

Santa Maria punches Monday/Tuesday. Lets see if they heal better than Webb or Beaver. SM greens were actually in pretty good shape this week.

Great.

God I miss the days when I had choices in BR. Webb is down? I will just go to LSU. Briarwood is too soaked? I will just drive up to Beaver Creek. Santa Maria too crowded? I will just go to Dumas instead.

Played the front 9 Sunday, it’s not great but playable. Greens are soft so didn’t get much if any rollout.

6th green is still shite. Not sure how they let that one get so far out of control.

Just a heads up, played Clark today and they’re punching next week - surprisingly, their greens have been some of the best around

Punching is mandatory at least twice a year. They do it regardless of their condition. Some recover better than others based on age, type of grass, amount of rounds, and basic maintenance.
