Yes. The best deal was the $100 per month membership. Y’all always took great care of the course and the golfers

If they cannot make it work with their business experience and connections over there then that should tell you something about the golf business.

I was a teaching professional for a decade in my 20s, including being involved in 2 startup golf courses. The first two owners never make money, the third might make money and the fourth owner on usually does pretty well.

Hole#11 is probably the best par 4 in Louisiana.

A Real Estate Development Golf Course is the centerpiece of the Development, is mainly there to help drive the price of said Real Estate up, this has been accomplished at The Island, even though it took a while longer than anticipated. If the Golf Course itself can break even, then it is considered a success.

What makes you say that?

I haven't played Latour enough to notice significant changes but I play peninsula once a year and thought it was in great shape last year. We're going to GS in July and I'm planning to play it and Kiva

All I know is I have been telling everyone that it is broken and we are ultimately going to pay bc all that will be left is BREC and that sucks.

FIFY.

BRCC - joe blow isn't getting chances to play here
CCLA - same
LSU - will probably close it and use it for parking
