I will never forget mine. At BRCC, I believe the par 3 is 16 or 17. Been about 20 years.

I put it on the front of the green. It rolled down a good 20’.

Probably a 60’ put up hill and to the left.......boom!

I was 15, and couldn’t believe it. Before I could even say anything, my mom and sister (both better golfers than me) went nuts.

I parred 18 for a 1- on the 2 or 3 hole stretch just on the rush

I don’t recall my first birdie, but my first eagle was on a par 4. Amount 120 out with a pitching wedge.

Bladed it about mid ball. Cursed. My friend said “it went in!”

I’ve made a hole in one and 6 eagles. 2 of those 7 were misses.

So my lack of skill does not prevent good luck.

Can't recall the first birdie or first eagle. I've never made a hole in one or a double eagle.

I'm sure it felt good.

I remember being there for my dad's only hole and one and that was awesome.

It was something I'll never forget. I started playing in high school after spending the summers riding in the cart with my best friend who had been playing for several years. He was always shooting mid 90s and on a quest to break 90. After several months of shooting 110-115, I finally had one of those "breakthrough" rounds where everything felt good and shot a 94.

Our next round out together, I shot a 49 on the front nine to his 45. Hole 18 on our home course was a long Par 5 back uphill towards the clubhouse. I managed to make it on to the back fringe with my third. I ended up draining the 25 footer for my first birdie ever.

It was an unbelievable feeling that no birdie or eagle has ever been able to replicate. And it only got better when we went back to the cart and totalled up the scores: I shot a back nine 40 for an 89. My buddy was pissed lol

Not lying...1st hole i ever played. My dad uncle cousin..i tagged along. I remember hitting a 5 iron ( borrowed a Hogan Edge from my cousin) 155ish...ball trickled on the green...made a 20 ft right to left putt ...this was 86/87 and all the pros had their VHS instructional tapes out...after the putt went in...my dad looks at me and says "how'd you do that?" And being a smarta.. Teenager...i said "you'll have to buy the video" I didn't play again till after college but...that was my first birdie

3 years ago. Stonebridge in bossier. 1st hole. I typically shoot in the 90s and will have a couple pars and maybe a birdie per round.

This day I couldn’t hit anything good on the range. Figured it would be a really bad round, even for how I play. Got to the 1st tee. Shortish par 4, small dogleg right. There’s a bunker down the right side where, if you can, try and play a fade over it which will give you a perfect approach shot. I lined up dead center of the fairway and let er rip. One of the best drives I hit in my life. Had about 90 in to the green. Knocked my pitching wedge to 5 ft and sank the putt. I was so pumped! Thought it was going to be a great round! Proceeded to make an 8 on 2. It’s a love/hate relationship I have with this game.

I don't remember my first birdie or my first eagle, although I'm almost positive my first eagle was on #3 or #5 at LSU. I did have my first hole in one this week though after playing for about 12 years, which I doubt I'll ever forget

I have been playing for 24 years (most of those year’s competitively until 4 years ago) and had my first one March 22.

Congrats on the HiO

Mine was on #3 at Webb in 1958 when I was 10. Don't remember what I hit off the tee but I made a 6 footer with my mother's putter.

First eagle was a chip-in from the back of the green on a par 5 at some course in Houston when I was 15. Still my biggest thrill even though I've had 10 aces.

Like some others, don’t remember first birdie. First and only HIO was incredible. Started the round on 10th hole at Oak Wing and made ace to start the day.

Only par 3’s on the back are 12 and 14... first ever for me was #11 at Santa Maria probably around the age of 10 or so, drained one from the back portion of the green

I can’t even remember my first birdie, never had an eagle or a hole in one though. Looking forward to that day eventually

Don't remember my first birdie, but remember my first eagle.

#16 at Bayou Din in Beaumont, Par-4 about 285 hard dogleg to the left. Cut the corner and hit my drive to about 6 feet.

Made the eagle putt and gave a big old Tiger fist pump and I didn't give a damn what anybody thought!

Literally happened last week.

Par 4. Felt great, but I was more impressed with myself that I was able to put 3 quality shots together to get it.

It’s been a very long time, and I know it was at Webb Park.
I think for some reason it was on 8, but I really don’t know.

My last birdie was a chip in on number 1 this morning, 354 par 4, not a good drive, put second just off green about 10 yards,. 48 degree pitch and run. Hit pole and sat on noodle.

Have no memory of my first birdie at this point. Remember my first eagle. Dunked a shot from about 165-70. Thought it was in the bunker, wasn't there, couldn't find it for a little bit, obviously found it in the hole eventually. Wish I could have enjoyed the moment better by seeing it go in but was an uphill shot and couldn't see the cup from my vantage point. Second eagle was a chip-in from off the green on a par 5, happened to be in front of Loren Roberts who I was playing through as a single, so I 100% was able to enjoy the hell out of that shot

I don't know if it was my first, but I do remember an early one. I was playing City Park South with my dad when I was about 12 or 13. I was playing a par three that was about 135 yards (I think hole 9). I pretty much whiffed on my first shot and the ball rolled off of the tee box almost directly right. I was kind of pissed and I walked up to the ball right off the tee box and just hit it. To my great surprise it went in from about 134 yards. I turned around and looked at my dad and he just said "nice birdie."
