How far back in the day do you go? In the 60's it was good and when David Thornhill ran it in the 80's and early 90's. After that it was all downhill.

Bay Hills in Bunkie. 18 holes of fun, just have to play the same nine twice.

If you want to see how good your driver is play Eunice CC. Driving to Lake Charles years ago you could look down one of the fairways and it might have been 20 yards from treeline to treeline. One day I decided I had to give it a try, and every hole was like that, and one par 3 had a huge pine tree in front of the green.

Gotta love it!!

Springview (Cam2) in Amite. Fantastic layout. Lots of elevation change. Fun course. Greens in really good shape right now

If they could rebuild the front nine greens place would be nice. Not even all the from nine. There were two or three greens that were nice and not the little postage push-up greens.

Anyone played Ville Platte CC lately?
Played it once years ago. Had slight elevation changes on 2 or 3 holes.
