Carnivore diet for 30 days to start. No cheating and you will be amazed. 62 years old and can play 36 and zero pain. Don’t listen to the bunk about cholesterol and heart disease if you eat red meat. Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube and many other cardiac doctors are advocating for it. Many many health testimonials on YouTube. I used to have neuropathy and swollen knuckles along with myriad of health issues. .Feel like I am in my 30’s again. Give it a try for 30 days what do you have to lose??
Actually it is cheaper as you are only eating meat, eggs, butter, and water/ coffee. You are no longer buying fast food, Starbucks, perishable vegetables, condiments, spices, etc. Zero waste. Also it is an extreme time saver as shopping meal prep is so simple.
Personally I have lost 55 pounds in 4 months and solved a myriad of health issues. I was at beginning of type 2 diabetes with fasting blood glucose 130+ ( normal less than 100). I now frequently have blood sugar reading in low 80’s. Metabolic health is key to health such as heart disease and cancer. Fat and cholesterol was made out as a boogie man by sugar corporations and others. Data was falsified and scientists paid off to bend the truth. It is published in The Journal of American Medicine Association. This is fact not in dispute. Google Ancil Keys and Harvard Medical if you dare. You will see how corrupt food pyramid and our medical industrial complex is. All you have to do is open your eyes and look around to see how unhealthy and overweight people are today.
I also eliminated high blood pressure and 3 blood pressure medicines. Bad neuropathy in feet gone. Brain fog and joint pain gone. Personally I feel like it has streamlined my life much like minimalist declutterred life. It is a great feeling.
Anyone that is struggling with health or depression should give it a try. What do you have to lose? I personally don’t care as it will drive up the price of meat. ??

Yes, music is a bit annoying but less frequency of commercials is refreshing. Ending was somewhat interesting. Good finish by DJ. Watched primarily to see how Rahm fits in there. He didn’t have his best stuff but had a chance until the shank. Team event added some intrigue until it was a runaway at end. Overall compared experience to an average PGA event.
Silent but deadly comes to mind.
