The driver and mini driver in the GTS line are excellent, but the fairway woods weren’t anything special when I hit them on the trackman last week.
ETA I guess technically the mini is still part of the GT family rather than the GTS.

I’d been a TM Fairway fan for a while but they’re slowly working their way out of my bag. My Qi35 3w got replaced with a GT280 mini.. I hit a GT2 driver and my 4i was replaced with a GT2 hybrid. I still have a Qi35 7w in the bag but I’m probably replacing that soon.
With all that said. Go and do a fitting and hit several if possible. Finding a 3,5 or 7 wood that works is definitely a feel thing.

TM’s woods were once the gold standard and the fanboys still will say they are, but IMO they’ve been passed up.

Tour Edge still make fairway wood rocket launchers.
Two of my all time favorites were the TE Tee 3 wood and the Sonartec fairways.

I just recently got the QI35 5 wood. I love it. It goes straight and high.

I'm curious, who has passed them up ?

I just replaced my 3 wood and added a 7 wood with the Callaway Elyte X and love the distance and accuracy I am getting from them. My only complaint is the 7 has a draw bias that I am still ajusting.

You’re very wrong… i personally know a PGA Tour player, who is a Titleist staffer, that just put a TM 7W in his bag.

I'm pretty sure the most used fairway wood by non-sponsored players is TM across all tours including the PGA.

Currently using a 15 deg TaylorMade RBZ.
I had the same until I bought a Titliest 915 F2 3wood and 5 wood.
IIRC the RBZs are D4's and are 1deg upright. So it helps if you can figure out what you need for your swing.

Tour issued clubs are not the same as to what we buy off the shelves.

Qi35 7 wood in my bag and it’s a weapon.
I also have a G440 max 4 wood. That’s really good! Just tuning it up now since it’s new.
