New bag is set after theft

As you know my clubs were stolen a couple of weeks ago.
I hit a lot of different combinations before deciding upon this setup.
Driver - AiSmoke 10.5, with GD DI 6 black shaft
4 wood - TSR, 16.5 Red Ventus Velacore
Cally Heavenwood, 20 degree, Tensi Blue for now
Hybrid - PXG Gen 4, 22* ( it was my backup)
Irons - TM 790's 5-GW with MMT 75 shafts / Srixon X5 5-GW with Recoil SmacWrap shafts
Wedges - Edison 2.0, 54 & 57 Degrees, VA Composite BadAzz shafts
Putter - TM Spider Tour X, KBS Black shaft
Irons - Honestly, I hit the TM and Srixon irons almost identically. I was leaning towards the Srixon's but they didn't offer the MMT shaft that I wanted and several heads were back order and still are. The TaylorMade irons were delivered in 7 business days.
Wedges - For some reason, the Edison Wedges really fit me well and the 57* is the perfect club out of a greenside bunker with its Koler sole. I was a mediocre sand player until I got the Edison 57* Gen 1.
Driver - I bought a used AeroJet driver, but I returned it and got the AiSmoke. I really want to try the new Titleist drivers when they come out in August.

I made back to back sandies today with my Edison 57. Both near back edge on downslopes. Both to about 4-5 ft. On the first, “shot of the day!” Was what the guys with me said.
This was the old Edison 57.
When I get new ones, I’ll probably get Edison again.

I like the fact that the Edison wedge sole takes out the worry of which grind to try and purchase which other clubs.

Thank god this is Velocore and not the non velocore, otherwise you’d lose all my respect.

Have a hard time seeing myself ever switching from Mizunos after two failed attempts to try, but I would really like to hit the Srixons.
One thing I did with my Drier and 3 wood is put the same shaft in them (different weight). It's made a big difference for me with my 3 wood. Just feels like your swinging the same club which has given me more consistency. Might just be that I went heavier gram this go around but I do love the Tensei white shaft.

I tried out the edison wedges. I feel like my shots from 110yds to 40yds were improved but for some reason I just couldn't chip with them. Maybe it was a different weighting than I'm used to or something but I couldn't figure them out.
Have you felt any difference between the edison's and any other wedges in terms of short game differences?

Not at all. The Edusons are 5 x's forged heads.
In fact, I had never been effective in hitting a flop shot until I got the original Edisons.
For me, it's all about getting some confidence in short and manufacturing shots. These give that to me.

I will be happy to send you the bill for my rear door window replacement, just forward your address.
I don't need a " Pretend " excuse to buy new clubs....

Then why change anything? Was this exactly what you were gaming before?

Some people are staunch loyalists and some just love changing it up.
It’s a way to make something more fun.

Sorry to hear that your clubs got stolen cause that really sucks. That being said, you spent a lot of money on new clubs, so I tip my hat to you. Have fun.

My son decided that he wants to start playing golf. So I upgraded my own bag to this:
I have about 4 sets at the house to build his bag with so I’m giving him an older Callaway BB set.
Whatever extra wedges I currently have.
A Taylormade Rossa Putter
Probably an old R11s as his driver
..and whatever extra 3W that’s laying around

What bag do you get to replace the St. Jude’s?
