Is Jordan Spieth now David Duval 2.0?

The guy is having some major troubles right now. If it gets any worse he’ll be Duval 2.0 for sure. I feel bad for the guy, honestly. I think it’s past due time for a coaching change. Maybe even a fat girl.

I honestly don’t think he was All that spectacular to begin with, he just went on an unbelievable putting run for about 1-2 years. For a while there he made everything he looked at. That will win a lot of tournaments on tour.
I think he’s an average Tour player, not particularly long either.

Freezing cold take. He’s been one of the top 2-3 players at his level of golf forever (junior, am, college, etc)
He also led the tour in either strokes gained approach or proximity one year.
He’s got to get rid of Cam and get some new eyes on him. Cam has always been more of a coach, and now he needs an instructor. He’s attached at the hip with Cam. He needs to hire someone like Scott Hamilton, John Tillery, or Jeff Smith that’s going to let him do his own thing.

I can’t believe this is an actual legit take and on top of it there were 9 people who actually liked it. You actually believe that someone who has won 11 times, 3 majors, and a FedEx cup is just an average player? All His success just because of his putting? Lol wow. Spieth has been one of the best players in the world at every level of golf he has played his entire life. And you somehow relate his entire success on 1-2 years of elite putting? He’s still an elite putter but his ball striking has gone down the tubes. He’s completely stuck in his head (I’ve seen this happen to numerous great players at some point in their careers). But all of that is fixable. The guy is 27 years old lol. Not only is he going to win more he’s going to win more majors. It’s shocking to read some of the things posted on these boards. Do some research on his stats before his slump.

This is his statistics during his ridiculous beginning to his career. Some up and down stuff but overall this tells a completely different story than what you’re saying.

His wife ain’t chill either. We have a handful of friends that are friends with her and I know a few girls from Tech that know her too.
After Jordan’s first masters, there was a chick he hooked up with and she has picks of herself wearing the jacket and him running around his hotel room. Plus a text thread talking about his other flat stick. Once they tied the knot, Annie basically pushed all her Dallas friends out because she was now a WAG of a pro athlete.
Jordan used to be chill and wanted to be a dude. Annie but an axe to that and pushed him along. Look at this other baws JT & Rickie (until recently wed) both just had GFs that laid low - while Stoke is already famous she doesn’t seem to be pushing for the spotlight like Annie has.
I’ll ask my friends in Dallas if they still have the pics & text thread. This story got shut down real fast after Jordan’s legal team caught wind - like 24 hours shut down.
That said, he needs to get rid of Cam (I’ve said this before) & probably go the path of Tiger for a few months. Get back to playing golf and try to figure it out a little on his own. Once he either hits rock bottom or thinks he’s found a rhythm - bring in a new coach.

No. She worked for either a marketing agency or in finance in NYC. She went to Bama. I’ve asked my friends if they could deep dive. Not promising anything but there were three pics
