Guy taught himself, didn’t grow up in a country club so excuse him from giving in to the luxuries and being hard headed.

He’s by far my favorite golfer.

Of course not. He's not my favorite golfer, but I love watching him play.

But he’s such a douche bag

I may be in the minority, but I enjoy the heel personalities in golf. It’s boring to watch the vanilla players sometimes. Give me some fire and I’ll pull for you. I enjoy watching someone who isn’t a poiished tour player try to take apart a course.

Absolutely not... . I think people forget ...didnt he try to start his on clothing line because he felt that $70+ golf shirts were too expensive and wanted to be aa role model that parents didnt have to cringe at the price tag for a kids shirt. He may not be Lee Trevino on the course but..i can appreciate at least trying to develop a line of polos that sold for....$15..20 bucks

Bubba is one of my favorite players. With shot tracer he is great to watch. We probably wouldn't like many golfers if we really knew them so I don't care about how they are.

I was a big fan of his for a while when he first got hot, but his whining about stuff got old quick. He is still fun to watch but I wouldn’t call him my favorite golfer.

I think that makes me feel more justified in disliking Bubba. The PGA and these brands work very hard to make these dudes very likable because it earns them a lot of money. Bubba is such an a-hole that his dickishness is able to push through all the work of his publicists.

I totally understand when people hate on Bubba, but I like the way the dude plays so I am a fan.

I like his game. He's not a pleasant person on the course, but that's got nothing to do with his game. I pull for him when he's out there.

If you knew how big of a douche bag the guy is in real life and on the course your opinion would change.

I always pull against Cryin' Bubba. He is by far the douchiest golfer on tour.

I liked Bubba until it became very apparent he was a huge a-hole. He has a great story but he's a jerk to everyone around him. He is entertaining to watch play, however. He's like an uber-talented regular joe the way he plays and the shots he tries to hit

There is some truth in this but most golfers don't let us see that side of them like Bubba does. That almost leads me to believe he's an even bigger a-hole when we don't see him.
