How is this merger even legal ?

Without a vote from the policy board and the players since it's a players owned entity.
I know won't happen, but it would be hilarious if every tour and Liv player resigned their memberships and started another league.
My prediction is that the Saudis will own every tour within 5 years. They are not partnership type people.
What will that do with golf's legacy ?

Some of u really live in a bubble. The Saudi’s are worst kind of 2 faced “partner” u can have. Human rights aside members of their royal family fund terrorist. They are scared shitless of the Iranians and use the US to back them militarily but stab the US in the Back every chance they get. Of course US politicians bend at the knee for their oil because they are to chicken shite to tell environmental quakes to frick off and develop US oil like they should. That is exactly what the mighty PGA just did. Personally I don’t care it will take the game to another level, but the Saudi’s are trash.
