Pinehurst and Medinah. Pinehurst was harder. Shot a stellar 105 at Medinah.

I would say M3 is harder than P2 BUT I played it’s soaking wet, and it was playing crazy long.

Torrey Pines. Wife’s from San Diego and worked at the hospital on the course.

Yeah, I’ve played a fair number of decent courses but not that many that have hosted a major.

Think for me it’s just:

Pebble Beach
Torrey Pines
Bethpage Black
Whistling Straits
Erin Hills

I played Torrey Pines South in March. It was amazing how different the course looks without the grandstands. I can see how it could play really difficult with rough, etc, but in the normal play months, it’s not as difficult as it looks on TV. It’s really a fair and fun course for the average golfer.

Went to a conference in Kiawah a few years back. We got in the day before they closed the ocean course for reno. I could’ve played that day had I been more motivated, and regret it still.
