The guy has been through some tough times, but he didn't give up.

Love it for JDay.

That course looked pretty funny on tv tho.

Dallas just cannot get it right. Sad.

One of my favorites to watch. Happy to see him playing well.

He’s a guy that was probably a big target for LIV (Australian, former major winner, big name and wasn’t in-form) and instead stayed and was willing to grind it out for a chance to win again on tour. Very glad it paid off for him.

How exactly?

And yes, JDay seems like a decent person. Cool to see him break the dry spell.

Can we bring up his deceased mother just once more? I realize the relevance today, but holy shite they can run it into the ground.

Kind of how I felt about Justin Rose too when he got his win at Pebble.

Rickie and Adam Scott are the two other guys who I feel like were LIV targets who have stuck it out and started playing a little better.

Seriously. Sod around the first cut on every green. Just a piss poor showing. Craig ranch sucks. Goat track with TPC logo.

The creek on 18 looks terrible. Put a retaining wall up or something.

I agree. With the money in that area it didn’t show well on TV. Crowds looked sparse as well.

Well when LIV fricked the tour over and the tour announced designated events, the trickle down kills these tournaments. Not to mention the projected rain that actually never really appeared until the last two holes Sunday, and mother's day, all forces aligned against it.

This is what LIV does.

They ruined the Byron Nelson by moving it to McKinney. It was quite the party when it was in Los Colinas. Course wise it's very meh for a PGA event. I'm sure it's great for us plebes.

Craig ranch is actually a solid track but the PGA comes in and demands they cut the rough to 1.5-2” and the course loses all its teeth. The rough is usually very thick there and is no joke.

Makes the event sort of a joke. I agree the course looked pretty poorly conditioned on tv.

4 Seasons was fairly central and the tournament had a legendary party scene. It’s a shame they moved it up to CR.

Way better in McKinney. Trinity Forest was a mistake.
