Got a list minute invite. Thinking about catching a round while I’m out there this weekend. Any course updates? I haven’t been there in a few years. I’ve been frequenting the Grayton/Blue Mtn area.

I haven’t played Kiva in a minute. I’ll try to play there and I have Peninsula or GSGC as back ups.

What about craft farms?

My FIL booked us a tee time there but haven’t played it in years.

They are punching greens next week at Kiva unfortunately.

I was there two weeks ago and played Glen Lakes. It’s a fun course and it’s in good shape. The carts are old and it’s in Foley near the OWA water park. The guys I played with don’t play much and it is very affordable compared to the Peninsula. GL is $65 compared to about $110 for Peninsula find it rather blah. GL front nine is a links style with lots of moguls. There is another course in Perdido Key that is pretty decent but can’t think of the name.

Kiva is the premier course in the area.

Traditionally, Kiva will punch the entire course after memorial Day - check with the pro shop before booking.

I have been playing Kiva recently and it gets better every round, month, year I play.

Played Peninsula last Wednesday, great shape. The Marsh course was closed because they punched it, Lakes they are killing the greens this week because they are redoing them. Cypress was pure and the greens were fast

I played it in early April and it was in nice shape. I didn't notice any issues from the past times I've played Craft Farms.

We played Monday at the cypress course. Like you said it is in decent shape. I think it’s a bit pricey for what it is though. I guess playing on a prime holiday doesn’t help.

Very easy course too which made it fun to have a few birdies.

Played Peninsula yesterday. $140 for 18 with a bag of range balls. Like others have said, I also played Cypress and Lakes. Cypress was in good shape, but the greens on Lakes are dead and they are painting them. The plus of that is they are much faster, which was enjoyable.

Not sure if it was worth $140, but better than the alternative if not playing!
