If you are close to an outlet mall, I recommend checking them out. Usually $15/pair on some wild sale/promotion.

I’ve recently been wearing some shorts from the Greg Norman collection. They are pretty cheap, but they feel comfortable and seem to be holding up well.

I get cool18 from Haggar outlet and then go and get them tailored shorter. Golf shorts are too damn long

Costco has Travis Mathew on sale often times. And their 32 below are pretty nice as well.

The BCG brand at Academy was a pleasant surprise for me. They are only $20. They fit and feel great. I've had them for about 8 months. So, I'm not positive about the longevity.

Ive got the PGA branded 7” inseam and I love them. Let the quads catch plenty of sun and the womens love them

I only wear Aftco's, check them out. I have a pair from early 2000's. No complaints.

Under Armour ISO Chill imo have been the best short i ever had. It’s a 9” inseam and doesn’t look you’re wearing 90s basketball shorts that hang down to my shins. They’re expensive but they’re the best imo.

Linksoul Boardwalker AC shorts have been my go to for about a year. Expensive, but the most breathable shorts I've ever worn, even in the heat of south Louisiana summers.
