I've never made a hole in one. I've had several that ended up within 3-4" of the pin to the left or right, and one 8 iron that actually hit the pin on the fly and got rejected back into a water hazard.

My longest hole out is from 160. Webb Park #7. To save Triple Bogey...

My best legitimate round in competition is 80. I'll regularly shoot upper 80s/low 90s with friends each week.

I have a self taught swing and have never taken a lesson. At this point, my swing would have to be completely rebuilt I feel.

I'm a club ho with a problem, and I regularly play irons that I have no business playing and above my skill level. But frick they look good in the bag.

- I've never made a hole in one
- Never holed out from the fairway
- I've chipped in from the side of the green probably 8-9 times
- I've driven the green 6 times in my life and only birdied one of them
- I've finished a front-9 with 7 pars and still scored 42

I've had 2 hole in ones, 15 years apart with the recent one in Dec 2020.

Once made 5 straight birdies in a round.

Never had a double eagle, and havent made an eagle in over 10 years.

In my early 20's, played a US Am qualifier and shot 96 on my 2nd 18 after posting 77 on the first 18. Got a letter from the USGA barring me from future qualifiers until I could prove a handicap to play competitively enough.

I have only ever made eagle on a par-4.

My highest score on a hole in competition was 14. Hit my first four tee shots OB trying to cut off a dogleg.

My first ever high school match, I DQ'd because I ran out of balls.

I have made 18 straight pars in a round multiple times.

I have given dozens of paid formal golf lessons (all beginners and juniors), but I have never taken one.

One Hole in one at Fort Bend CC in Richmond tx.

One Double Eagle at Thrash Park in Sulphur La.

While a member at Fort Bend CC, I eagled 3 par 5s, 2 par 4s and the hole in one, meaning that I eagled 6 of the 18 holes.

Biggest accomplishment, I stepped on the head of a huge water moccasin at Houston National and lived to tell about it....

Never made a hole in one.

Closest I've ever come to a hole in one was a 296 yard par 4. Had a 10" tap in for eagle.

I've holed out on Par 4's from 65 - 125 yards 4 times.

Have never holed a bunker shot.

I was once 5 under after 6 holes, and was 8 over on the next 3 holes. I thought I was about to shoot the round of my life, that changed really quick.

Hit a crispy 5 iron off the tee of a 195 yard par 3 last weekend, and the ball slid past the hole by about 3 inches and ended up about 8 feet behind.

Initially exciting but ultimately ho-hum result, except this was in a scramble and was on the hole where an ace won a boat that looked like it had to be worth about $100k. My hands were up and my stomach was in my throat for about 3 seconds. The lady monitoring the hole yelped.

I played 18 recently, and I believe it was the first ever round where I didn't 3 putt (or worse).

Have holed out 2 balls in the 120-130 range, both for eagle (one when I was about 12 years old), plus another 4-5 chip in eagles from green side.

Holed a bunker shot for birdie once, and for par I think another time. The birdie one was on the downhill back side of a greenside bunker and the ball landed right in the hole. Would have been 20 yards off the other side of the green otherwise.

Played professionally for nearly a decade. Have 4 holes in one and 2 albatrosses.

Best 9 holes I ever shot (29) I was drunk. Played a morning round, shot 68 and won about $500. Drank for 2 hours and was coaxed back out for an emergency 9. Won $400 more off the same guys; they were PISSED.

Stood on the 18th tee needing a par to shoot 59; snapped it in the water, made double, and "settled" for a career-low 61.

Lowlight- didn't even finish the 1st hole in a pro tournament qualifier. Hit 2 balls in a row OB off the first tee and immediately withdrew.
The best nine I ever played was at Jeremy Ranch in Park City. Same Ole Miss guy I mentioned out here in Utah. We'd typically mix up a gallon milk jug of bloody mary's for our Sat/Sun round. It was 10:30 when we teed off and I was that perfect level of drunk where you are in top form and have nerves of steel. I was two under at the turn from the blues. The back nine was brutal, as we crossed that drunkenness chasm. Finished with a smooth 85 IIRC.That was one great nine holes though.

No hole in one.

No double, but came about a foot shy of one.

I have four eagles.

I've holed out from 150 once (one of the eagles).

I, personally, have never fought on a course. That said, I was in a foursome with a guy I just met who proceeded to get shitfaced ay City Park YEARS ago and drive into a fivesome that refused to let us play through a couple holes prior. The guy sucked and was drunk, but he smoked one right down the middle and almost hit one dude, who then proceeded to start sprinting back to the tee box...and our guy then takes off down the fairway towards him. The rest of us look at each other and start running, but when we got down there none of us were interested in fighting as were non of the other guys in the other group. So, we let those two roll on the ground a bit and we pulled them off each other.

I almost killed myself last week at a course here that is pretty hilly. The cart had shitty tires, and I probably should not have gone that close to the edge of the cart path, but the tires slid (misty that morning) and caught the edge and almost rolled down a pretty good hill. Thankfully, it got centered, and I was able to bail...but me and my two buddies pulling that thing back on the path was a bitch.

I've driven 4's numerous times.

A putter of mine rests at the bottom of the lake on #16 green at Santa Maria. frick that stick.

Press: “why did you put a new putter in the bag this week?”

Pro: “because the old one would not float.”

I can’t remember which pro did this?

Anybody?

Played with a foursome and the chick called herself “you pussy” when she hit a bad shot.

My cocktail came out of my nose when I read this

Slightly off topic, but also who was the PGA player who would always get caught ripping on cigs during the round? Same age and era as the Walrus/Stadler. He reminded me of my Papaw if he actually played golf.

That was going "full retard", in your opinion?

Have you spent much time on the Poli, Rant, or OT boards?

1 hole in one: hole 8 pelican point lakes course 201yds

1 hole in par (first tee shot in water, second tee shot in the hole) hole 2 pelican lakes course

I’ve logged 188 rounds in my phone app since 2016

12 eagles, 2 in one round at pelican point links

245 birdies

Best round is even par twice (Santa Maria and Pelican Point)

Best Fir: 100% Santa Maria

Best Gir: 78% Audubon

Best front nine: 33 Santa Maria

Best back nine: 35 La Tour

Never got in any fights or broken any clubs so I guess I’m boring. Craziest thing I can think of is shooting back to back rounds of 73-93 recently
