Just saw these Takomo clubs. They look sleek and got a great price on them. Anyone here ever heard of them or actually hit them?
In the market and been looking at some PXG 0311P Gen 3 irons, just scared to pull the trigger.

I've tried numerous sets of irons over the last couple years, and I keep going back to my Cobra King Tour MIMs. They look good to my eye and are pretty damn forgiving.

That’s what the marketing firms for all the clubs companies would have you believe

I'm an 11 handicap and was fit into the Titleist T300's last summer. I like them a lot, but they're not going to fit into your criteria of not being juiced lofts. The PW is 43* I believe. I'm not a big fan of the jacked lofts but the irons themselves are really nice.
You need to find what's most important to you in a new set then go from there. For me, it was a thin top line on the club head. It sounds stupid but makes a world of difference when trying to get comfortable over the ball.

My younger daughter is loving the T300’s - my older daughter is contemplating the T100s - she was hitting her 7i about 13-14 feet higher than with her Apex irons b

I play the T100s. I'm a 11-12. Irons are probably the best part of my game and I am consistent with them. I was fitted for them and I love them. Love the look of them at approach and the feel is fantastic.

If I found a set of irons that perform better than my PXG's I would get them.
So far that hasn't happened.

Not trying to be a dick OP but you need to shave that index down a lot before worrying about irons.
15 playing ZX7s is iffy.

Swung several after hitting Mizuno mp57 for years. Landed with taylormade stealth. The forgiveness is huge but they set up like a nice tight blade club should IMO.
Getting good distance and nice spin on greens

They seem to have strong lofts but other than that they are just fine.

I still have the 2020 P770s and have no reason to change. 46 degree PW and I have mine four degrees in between clubs

Either way you have really nice irons.
If you’re looking for more distance/forgiveness, there’s plenty of juiced options but you lose a lot in appearance and playability.
It’s all personal preference but besides juicing lofts and adding bigger cavitys. Not a lot is changing year to year if we’re all honest.

I’ve played Mizuno’s, TM and Calloway’s and now the King MIM’s by Cobra and love them. My only complaint would possibly be that they are higher launching irons and I lose some distance. The MIM wedges are phenomenal too!

I play ZX5s and a ZX driving iron brah.
Wasn’t trying to dog OP, he just might want to check out something more forgiving or juiced up if ball striking or distance aren’t quite there and he’s trying to improve scoring.

I am swinging Mizuno pro 225s with steel fiber private reserve black label shafts.
I would get fitted, what looks good to my eye might be different than what you like visually when addressing the ball.
I would get fitted with the right shaft.
Those srixon irons are fantastic, the iron technology doesn't take ground breaking leaps year to year either.

I didn’t take it as you doggin him/her/it. Just happen To think their sole fits way more golfers than other brands.
Z785’s here and by no means a great ballstriker. Just can’t do offset.
