Couldn't qualify for an USGA AM event.

But you hit it far. Congrats.

I’m just not the kind of player who is forced into weighing laying up very often.

I am.

Rarely am I able to go for it.

Three eagles from white tees since 2017. 2 were hole outs from fairway.
I have reached some white tee par 5s in two during that time frame, but it’s rare lately. They’ve pushed the white tee back on one I used to reach the most.

I did reach two par 5s during member guest, but I was allowed to play gold because of age.

If you need layup advice, I’m your huckleberry.

In general, think about what shot you want to hit next. Yardage, angle, pin, hazards, etc.

Honestly don’t even know if my Dad taught me this term. Not sure how you lay up when I’m 200 in on 95% of par 5s. Usually greasing a 8i into par 5s.

So you're gifted 4 birdies a round. Not to mention all the holes you have wedge into hitting those massive 4 irons off the tee, and you still only manage a 2.7?

. My home course has those kinds of options. I can hit driver less than 5 times and shoot better than when I use it 10.

Sounds like we play the same game.

Wait, what?

Probably time to drop the Max Homa schtick. My regular playing partners spend the round goofing off and are routinely better than this

You didn't read the rest of it? When the lights come on he can flip the switch and drop a 76 on you. Some guys just have 'it' you know.

Let this Chad live his life. Mad respect rocking mohawk, jordans, backwards hat at what looks to be the cool age of 34-36. Keep holdin' on brutha.

I'm holding onto that rope myself at 32.

Paired up with some local high school bro cats a couple weeks ago, one of the little bombers was getting crooted' by ole miss. Figure he slams hella puss.

Best day of my life honestly.

I am more mediocrer than most. One of the most okayest golfers at my club. My second chips are legendary. Punchout wizard. Net par king.

I even have a par 4 that is a layup for me almost every time!

I made a par there the other day with a 71 yard pitch and one putt!

My plus buddy was excited. He’s like, “you have a stroke here!”

I guess I’m a good partner because I’m good enough to par any hole, but bad enough to have strokes on most par 4s.

Zero chance he breaks 80 at GS, unless he leaves driver in the bag all day or he absolutely stripes it, which,I can't ever tell from the videos.

Did you really just compare your legs to pistons?

Lol I could drive my Rolls between your hands and thighs, you would be one in a million decent player that stands that far from the ball.

You'd probably come close to me on holes where I slightly heel or toe my driver and you stripe your 4i, but I was hitting my 5i 235-240 in Scottsdale a few years ago, so I'm guessing that thin mountain air helps you.

I was hanging out about 10-15 yards behind geuxdeaux's playing partner at Berry Creek when we both flushed it, and I know that baw was touching 300 every now and then.

I also hit the green with some roll before catching the hill on the short par 4 with a 30 foot elevated green. Can't remember how far it was (280 maybe?), but that was close to as good as I can hit it these days. That may have come close to 290 without having to travel up that hill.

Does 8 pair mean that you have 16 gloves or you're referring to the single glove as a pair?
