This thread might set a record for how to link posts in the right way

I'm going through and listening to just about every one of them.

MGS2
Song when Farrah dies in Sands of Time
Hymn of the Fayth from FFX
The song when Tidus and Yuna hook up from FFX
The main song that opens the game on piano and plays when Tidus hugs Yuna in the ending from FFX
Song that plays when you fight Gwyn in Dark Souls

Solid list. I would add MGS1 and MGS4 to that as well. MGS3 had some good ones as well, but the other 3 were very solid as a whole.

I would also add Portal's Still Alive and Portal 2's Want you Gone as the only two video game songs with a lyrical focus that were actually great

The entire Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack is one of the best in video game history. Nintendo did an absolutely amazing job with that entire game.

Nier - Song of the Ancients - Fate
Nier - Shadowlord

I do love that soundtrack more than anything I've ever heard before. Every song outside of one is fantastic and worth listening to. Other favorites:

Final Fantasy IX - Crossing Those Hills
Final Fantasy IX - You're Not Alone
Final Fantasy IX - The Place I'll Return to Someday
FFX - To Zanarkand
FFX - A Dream That Will End Sometime
FFX-2 - Eternity Memory of Lightwaves
FFXIII - Sunleth Waterscape
FF IV - DS Opening
Lost Odyssey - Howl of the Departed (you have to listen to the whole thing to enjoy it)
Lost Odyssey - Prologue

This is a song though that everyone has to listen to at least once in their lives. LINK

Hell no. This song is what broke Breaking Benjamin up. It might be a decent song but it will forever be hated.

WHA? Where have I been? When did they break up? They released like two albums after this song came out. I seriously doubt this was the reason.

In May 2011, Burnley fired bandmates Fink and Klepaski. Shortly after, a dispute over the new version of "Blow Me Away" went public. Burnley gave his side of the dispute in a June court filing, saying Fink and Klepaski made unilateral and unauthorized decisions on behalf of the band, such as giving permission in May for the remixing of "Blow Me Away".Burnley seeks at least $250,000 and the exclusive right to the "Breaking Benjamin" name. Burnley has stated he plans to revive the band when the lawsuit is settled.

Burnley's a selfish egotistical douchebag. But he sure can sang.
