That's not what I asked

OK I will be on later as well.
My gas station burned down last night so I have been dealing with that and the guy that was renting it from me on top of Fathers day stuff. I had to come home and take a break for a bit but I am about to head to my parents for FD stuff.

What you fail to realize is that I never said my legal opinion was as good as yours. My argument is yours isn't as good as you think it is just because you passed the bar.
Attorneys have specialty areas just like every other profession is all I am saying. There are people that know more than you and have been doing it a lot longer than a few months, unlike you. If there were holes I am sure they would have tried to exploit them already for the payoff of doing so.

Well you said that me being a lawyer didn't mean squat so what else would that mean other than you feel your legal opinion on the issue is as good as mine.

How would you know? You don't know ANYTHING about practicing law.

Intellectual property law is a created legal fiction. I'm talking about ACTUAL property law. My contention is that even the download, which writes the game data onto your hard drive, is a physical good just like a game disc. I'm not saying 100% that my contention would be upheld by the courts but it is certainly an unsettled point of law and have a legit argument.

Lol, best believe I was drunk.
But it still stands, I think we may have found the Alpha Douche on the Gaming Board

Xbone will be a huge success with the casual market. It will pick up the WiiU's slack. Consoles in general will be around a long time. The all in one home entertainment model is the future.

Ds has a few points.
Intellectual property is an unsettled area and jist bc something is in a contract doesnt make it legal if the person later challenges the contract

I think it's really too early to tell if this will be the last generation for Microsoft.
Sony kind of botched the launch of the PS3 with the expensive price and they seemed to bounce back a few years ago after a price drop, the release of some solid first party titles, and a better marketing campaign.
I'm getting a PS4 and don't plan on getting an Xbox One because I only want one gaming console and I prefer Sony's first party titles and have owned every PlayStation since PS1.
Yeah, some of these Xbox One jokes are funny, but at the end of the day, I don't want the console to fail. There are people who enjoy Xbox products and I hope they get a chance to enjoy this one.

Not if you've been paying attention past this generation. While the company does well overall, they've just been throwing billions into their consoles without much payoff.
