I'm not sure what this means. Are you saying they made it easier for bad people to do well?
I rarely see anyone with a high legitimate K/D in blops 2, thus when I see one I know they are on another level. Outside of us on this board, I'm not even sure I have seen a legit 2.0+ k/d ratio in any game.
Gun skills and K/Ds are a reflection of the player, i guess I just don't understand how blops 2 is any different than any other game in the franchise.
back on topic, blops 2 is fine outside of the lack of memorable maps. Although I highly enjoy plaza/slums/hijacked.

COD4 is by leaps and bounds the best game in the franchise. They really need to just do what Counter-Strike did, build a bunch of dedicated servers that can be monitored for hackers and continue to fix bugs until there are none. If COD4 was structured like CS, it would be the greatest FPS ever. But there's not enough money in that.
