The popularity of CoD is what ruined it...there was a clan on here that played together, and that eventually led to circle jerks every day (literally...daily threads) about how awesome they did the night before. And that eventually led to other clans being formed and shite-talking ensued. I think they even played a few times, but both sides claim to have won, which is hilarious to me. And now the shite even gets personal and goes way past "bullshitting and shite talking on the internet."
Sarge was no doubt a huge part of the suckage, but it wasn't just him. It ruins most threads, even ones completely unrelated to any of that shite (like this one).

LSU vs LESI threads were alright, but they often sprouted offshoot threads and invaded other ones. Guess that's the part I didn't care for.

I think I've played with people from both major clans, and all was fine. But people on here take it to another fricking level when it comes to bragging or talking shite. You could start a Super Mario 3 thread, and by the 15th post, it will be back and forth shite identical to the day before. And every post has underlying meaning or backstory...it's like the Maximus board.

I think this thread just needs to go, clean the air. weregonnalose is posting, great, now lets move on. Yes, he's hilarious and probably the greatest troll ever, but to me this is almost a little creepy. Im guilty of quoting his vids but now they've all been quoted a hundred times. Maybe im alone in this and thats fine.

I'll admit that some here were very helpful when I first started, and 100% down for a pissing match every now and then, but here it seems like it's every single day in every single thread. Hell, I'm scared to ask questions about MW3 around here for fear of somebody jumping off a cliff if it gets brought up
