His dono sound is driving up the fricking wall.

to summarize:
- Doc's Twitch Partner Manager found out about the conversations between Doc and another Twitch user.
- The Twitch user that Doc was communicating with did not want to report anything to Twitch.
- Doc's Twitch Partner Manager insisted.
- Twitch's Special Operations Team reviews the report and finds no wrongdoing suggests no further actions are necessary to the LER team.
- Doc's Twitch Partner Manager personally escalates the report to a "friend" on the LER team.
- LER teammate sends it to the LER director, who happens to be on vacation at the time.
- LER teammate and LER director decide to ban the Doc.
- LER sends the report to the NCMEC
the following people have read the Twitch messages:
Twitch's Special Operations Team
Twitch's Trust and Safety Team
Twitch's LER Team (Law Enforcement Response Team)
NCMEC
Doc v. Twitch Arbitration Judge
all of those people admitted that the messages did not meet the "legal definition of sexting" and did not warrant any child sexual abuse charge.
all of that takes place and they still decide to ban him and pay out his contract.
he also made the comment that this took place shortly after Microsoft's streaming platform "Mixer" was discontinued, and two high-level streamers from that platform needed a new platform to stream on, i.e. Ninja and Shroud.

Did he say anything about the other guys who used to stream with him bailing on him?
Posted on 9/6/24 at 3:25 pm to Blitzed
he had a donation asking about his friends. he mentioned he's got real friends, real brothers and sisters. didn't call anyone out by name.

here's a good Asmongold video reacting to Doc's statements.

It’s the chord. Probably A minor.

So he was just grooming then since it wasn't sexting.

You, nor I, know for certain whether it was sexting/grooming or not.
Plus, he confirmed that the person was at the age of consent within their state.
I’ll have to go back and rewatch it, but I’m pretty sure he mentioned the phrase “harmless banter”.

Idk I’m actually starting to believe this is a witch hunt. These are the same people that refused to speak out when the Mr Beast Tranny got caught doing this shite. Twitch and streamer culture in general don’t care about grooming. Twitch basically promotes its so why would they suddenly care about this?
Idk this just seems weird but without the messages there’s no way of knowing. Not releasing the messages looks bad.

Could be part of a future or on going lawsuit.
Doubt he would share them anyways.

It's all very one sided stories, people just need to drop the receipts. Let everyone read the whispers/texts for themselves. Otherwise I just don't care about this anymore. I never watch live on youtube anyway.

So much for innocent until proven guilty.

Shhhhhh don’t let facts get in the way of emotions.

Emotions? Why was a 40-year-old man continually messaging a minor after he found out she was a minor?
Why did he admit that some of the conversations "leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate"? His own words BTW
Not sure what's emotional about pointing that out. Seems more logical to ask why and to point out he admitted it was inappropriate.
You might be OK with it but I would be pretty bothered by a 40 year old man having inappropriate with my underaged daughter or niece.

Ok you should go fight him then.

I lean into inappropriate conversations with minors every time I enter a CoD lobby and tell them I’ve fricked their mothers.
You gonna report me?
Posted on 9/6/24 at 7:42 pm to stout
You obviously didn't watch the clip of everything he said today if you're still saying the person was a minor.

So I went back and rewatched his rant and he did say:
“I’m sorry, but mutual bantering with inappropriate jokes taken out of context should have never lead to me getting banned from Twitch in the first place.”
Timestamp 30:30 from the livestream.
Doesn’t sound like sexting or grooming to me.
